Return policy
**Items that are damaged during shipping are replaced and refunded at no charge.**
If you are not satisfied with an item that you bought, we will refund your payment minus a 5% restocking fee. The item needs to be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery. Refunds will not be issued if the item is not mailed within 5 days.
If you wish to return an item after the 5 days grace period, you will receive a full credit towards another item from Rock Bottom Jewelry Co. Items can only be returned for full credit 30 days after the sale date. All items and credit are non-transferable. No exceptions.
*RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

Items that can be returned (please read “Ready to Ship/Stock Pieces”) are eligible for a refund, minus a 5% restocking fee within 5 days after delivery. Items must be returned within 5 days after receiving the item.
EXCHANGES/STORE CREDIT: After 5 days, * REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED. * Only exchanges/store credit will be accepted. No exceptions.
Store credit can be applied to any store items or custom orders.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
Custom orders are NOT refundable. Each piece is designed and made by hand, and countless hours are spent making each custom creation, so I respectfully decline to issue a refund on custom orders. I do my best to be very thorough in working with a custom order so there's no room for mistakes or misunderstandings.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Refunds or exchanges are not for sale items or custom orders
This includes rings that have been resized to the individual customer
RETURN SHIPPING/RETURN SHIPPING FOR REPAIR:
It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping.

*you can return your item for any reason within 30 days of your purchase date
*If you would like to exchange your ring for another ring size, I will be happy to exchange it for you.
*Shipping charge is NOT refundable and buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
How the return work,
*Must contact me before sending back the item(s). I will assign you the RAN# (return authorization number).
*Item(s) must be sent back to us within 1 week after having notified us of the return.
*Item(s) must be sending back insured with signature confirmation (it will be the buyer’s fully responsibility if the return is lost or damaged during the transit.)
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THE BUYER DOES NOT CONTACT ME BEFORE RETURNING THE ITEM. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IF WE DO NOT RECEIVED THE ITEM.

For international shipments, please note that if your country imposes additional tariffs, custom fees, duties, taxes or any other charge/s to the value of the shipment, the buyer (you) will be responsible to comply with the laws of your country and pay for those fees. Take a moment to determine whether your country charges additional fees for the right to import jewelry and diamonds from the U.S.
