**Items that are damaged during shipping are replaced and refunded at no charge.**If you are not satisfied with an item that you bought, we will refund your payment minus a 5% restocking fee. The item needs to be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery. Refunds will not be issued if the item is not mailed within 5 days.
If you wish to return an item after the 5 days grace period, you will receive a full credit towards another item from Rock Bottom Jewelry Co. Items can only be returned for full credit 30 days after the sale date. All items and credit are non-transferable. No exceptions.

I do my best to be very thorough in working with a custom order so there's no room for mistakes or misunderstandings.
