**Items that are damaged during shipping are replaced and refunded at no charge.**

If you are not satisfied with an item that you bought, we will refund your payment minus a 5% restocking fee. The item needs to be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery. Refunds will not be issued if the item is not mailed within 5 days.

If you wish to return an item after the 5 days grace period, you will receive a full credit towards another item from Rock Bottom Jewelry Co. Items can only be returned for full credit 30 days after the sale date. All items and credit are non-transferable. No exceptions.

I do my best to be very thorough in working with a custom order so there's no room for mistakes or misunderstandings.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders

Refunds or exchanges are not for sale items or custom orders
This includes rings that have been resized to the individual customer

It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping.
