With a quick and simple one time additional payment (various per item cost) your timeless jewelry item(s) will be covered and warranted for life!
What does warranty cover?
With Life time warranty, you have access for life to any services we offer from repairs, replacements, to the basic deep cleanings at no further cost. Potentially saving you hundreds to thousands of dollars in maintenance and repairs in the years to come. Warranty also offers "Lost Gem Maintenance" if you lose a partner gem(s) due to natural causes such as, damaged upon delivery or fault of the artists. We will do our best to replace the lost gem(s) with a similar style and or with the same price equivalence value of the gem(s) available.
Care and Cleaning:
Jewelry is delicate by nature, so please be gentle and care for your jewelry properly. Storage is of utmost importance because metal does not like moisture. You may use plastic baggies, anti-tarnish bags or jewelry boxes, and/or routine cleaning and upkeep to ensure your jewelry remains beautiful and like-new! Try not to bathe, swim, exercise, spray perfume on, or sleep in your jewelry. Avoid any type of extreme activity, sport, job, ect, while waring your jewelry for any damage that may occur during any of those events might lead to an unqualified warranty.
Unqualified Warranty:
Warranty is NOT valid if item(s) is damaged on purpose or if damaged while performing/participating in extreme activities. The precious metals we use are made of the purest forms and we strive for perfection, with that in mind the jewelry item(s) are still considered softer metals and should be treat with care. Warranty also does NOT cover lost and or damage replacement of the main gem(s), due to each main gem being natural and one of a kind we recommend inspection of the main body gem upon arrival to insure %100 satisfaction before the end of the 5 day period.
